While researching protests within Fashion, this hit my Social Media Newsfeed. A protest by PETA, involving 3 activitsts laying in coffins outside the Mastercard Fashion Week at David Pecaut Square.
Their signs read ' I wouldn't be caught dead in leather'.
The things people will do to get there point across... Good on them, I'm a fellow Vegetarian myself (Not a crazy, you must never eat meat or you will die vegetarian) and I feel that animals shouldn't be used to glamouris fashion photography.. you can buy a faux fur coat which will be softer, easier to clean and a lot healthier on your purse too! We have no need for real fur or leather in today's day an age.
