TRAVEL - Cozy BoBo Hostel Review, Seminyak, Bali

Located a short walk from the busy Seminyak Square, Cozy Bobo is a fantastic place to stay during your time in Seminyak. We stopped in Seminyak over night after leaving Kuta to check out the surf. It takes around 10 minutes to walk on down to the beach where you can relax and surf all day long.

Cozy Bobo Hostel is a relatively new hostel to the area, which means the facilities are truly modern and clean compared to other hostels in the area. It offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere which will make you feel right at home. The staff are super friendly and love to learn about their guests - and all of them speak fantastic Englush so you'll never need to worry about a language barrier. The hostel is located right in the center of Seminyak, above a launderette (Bonus!)

Once you open the door, you'll be greeted by the staff on reception. They have a simple check in policy, all you need to do is tell them your name, where you booked and offer your passport for security. There's no deposits to pay for keys or towels which made us feel at peace, as if we were trusted by the hostel instead. Once check in was completed, we were given a small tour of the building and guided to our rooms.



We stayed in a four bed dorm with a small window, but had the room entirely to ourselves. The rooms were cozy, beds were close together but had enough room to store our bags under the bed and walk about freely. Each bed included a blanket, town, personal plug and the rooms all had Air Conditioning.
Outside our room were personal lockers where we could store our rucksacks to free up more space in the room too! Just a short walk down the corridor you'll come to the shower and bathrooms. Women have a separate shower on the right, The showers all included Soap and Shampoo for free. The joint bathroom is straight ahead. 

Directly across from the ladies shower is an entrance to the main chill out area and kitchen. The chill out area is fantastic for socializing with other guests and just relaxing near the large, glass sliding doors which let in heaps of soothing natural light.The chill out area has large sofas, plenty of tables, board games and a huge smart television with access to the internet built in so you can enjoy Youtube and many other video streaming sites. 

Through the sliding panel doors is the outside area, placed on the roof so great for sunbathing on their sun loungers, and all guests have access to the Jacuzzi for extra relaxation. The roof also has a lawn so it keeps within the tropical feel of Seminyak. At just £6 a night, including free toast, jam, coffee and tea for breakfast you can't go wrong!
